He was born and raised in the Cobb County area of Georgia and resided in Sarasota, Florida, on the Gulf Coast with his wife and five children. Powers moved to Sarasota to be closer to his family, and he enjoys playing and watching sports, exercising, repairing furniture, spending time with his family, and doing outdoor activities. As the Project Manager of operations for Jackson and Associates's South Florida region, Powers oversees the company's development and implementation of operational strategies. Powers manage day-to-day business activities ranging from personnel management to scheduling and customer relations while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Powers also specialize in sales, leveraging his skills by lending his expertise to the Jackson and Associates South Florida region's sales team. He helps the team meet its sales targets while maintaining and exceeding customer satisfaction levels. Cory attended his local high school in Marietta, Georgia, before relocating to Michigan to attend Ferris State University.
